Since then hemp and hemp beverages have become increasingly prevalent across Australia, largely following in the trends from North America and Europe. CALMNESS

Hemp seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids, such as omega-3 and omega-6, and it also contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Its fulsome nutritional profile makes it an effective anti-inflammatory & immune booster.
Outside of this, the benefits associated with hemp are largely based on anecdotal evidence. As with all hemp-derived products (including CBD and THC), literature is still developing in this area and its effects are not conclusive.
Nonetheless, users state that they feel a sense of calmness after taking hemp. This may assist those who experience "coffee jitters" or are cognisant of the effects of overindulging in caffeine.

It does not contain any cannabinoids like CBD or THC.
Cannabinoids are present in the flower of the cannabis plant (not the seeds). Be wary of any hemp products claiming to have cannabinoids, as they are likely misinformed.
